Shipping Policy

◉All shipping orders have a flat rate cost of $5.00 (USA and Overseas), and will be shipped from Mill Valley, CA, USA via USPS Priority Mail. (USA orders include tracking and Insurance.)

International shipping will go via USPS Standard International ( it doesn’t include tracking or insurance ). Buyers are responsible for any customs charges that may apply. *Please be aware of additional taxes/duty policy and customs fees, contact your local postal system to obtain this information in your country before purchasing! I cannot be held responsible for possible delays or damages incurred during transit or due to customs procedures, which are out of my control.

◉ International orders have the choice of fully insuring and tracking your order for an additional flat fee of $30.00 (calculated at checkout). This will also shorten the delivery time.

◉ orders containing only postcards/gift cards do not come with a tracking number.

◉Orders ship within 1-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. While shipping times are not guaranteed, they average 2-7 business days for domestic and 15 - 30 business days for international.

Return Policy

◉Due to the hand-made quality of my items, all sales are final. We’ll gladly process cancellations that are received before order shipment. Orders already shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

◉Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
